1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Negodom Kft. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including ClaimMore, KillerCatch, and MyBoards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

• MyBoards: An AI intelligence platform for professional board members managing portfolios of 3-8 boards, featuring proactive monitoring, stakeholder profiling, coalition mapping, and vote prediction.
• ClaimMore: An AI-powered salary negotiation practice platform that lets you practice realistic conversations with immediate feedback, calibrated to your country's culture.
• KillerCatch: A true-crime whodunit game where you investigate cold cases through AI-powered conversations, building psychological profiles and solving cases based on real FBI files and court records.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
• Not use our services to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU customers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models—are owned by Negodom Kft. or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our services utilize artificial intelligence to generate content and responses. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. AI outputs should not be considered professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negodom Kft. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Actions or outcomes based on AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
